Still pending: Order #1211338

Well, second try, cause Webmonster ate my first post...

My shipment is still pending. Never had such a long pending-time.
Is it probably a bug (as it once has been), or just normal, because of workload?!

I believe that this month they've assembled all the packages early (and thus given the pending e-mail), but will be sending them out so that they arrive on about the 13th for the core book release.

Hm, that's sure the case.
As the shipping time is 6-10 days, it will be shipped earliest tomorrow, so that (if UPS really needs only 6 days to get it to Germany) it will arrive exactly at the 13th, or latest at the 17th.

Now the Core Rulebook is mentioned as "shipping", but the other stuff is still pending. Do I get two packages then and have to pay twice for shipping costs? It does only show a single amount of money to pay?!

If you got confirmation on only part of your order, this is because we split your order into more than one box to save you on shipping fees. In many cases, this involved international priority shipments that would have been so large that they would have been weight-based instead of flat-rate; in that circumstance, splitting packages could have easily saved folks $30-40 in shipping fees. The second part of the order should not be far behind.
