In our last meeting I just finished DMing the raid and now that my players are heqading to Jorgenfist I wanted to set the tone as they first glipse the massive army from the valley lookout. What I'm looking for is a "deep-basey" type of music. Some that I've considered playing during gameplay are Berlioz' Symphony Fanastique, LotR soundtrack, perhaps the score from Dragonslayer. Any other suggestions would be great, thanks.

I'm using tracks from various albums, Conan is great but you run into the problem with the songs like "The Wifeing" starting up during combat and I don't want to take time away from the game to change the music. So I use my daughters itouch to make custom song lists. I use music from Conan the Barbarian (of course), Atlantis the Lost Empire, the creapy sureal music lends itself to any fantasy game. I love all the albums from Midnight Syndicate but it tends to put one of my players to sleep, I also use the Cutthroat Island soundtrack for the adventurous flamboyant music that meshes so well with adventurers I also use the music from all three Lord of the Rings movies and there's more but I'm ill and my fingers are getting tired.
