Dang! Not even three months after Robert Carradine died, we hear that Donald Gibb - best known for playing "Ogre" in Revenge of the Nerds - passed on May 12th due to health issues, which he'd apparently been battling for some time.
Who could forget his infuriated scream? "NERRRDS!!!" That cry pretty well embodied the reason why the protagonists in that movie had to fight for respect.
Well, okay, I just chose that as a good moment for spotlighting Ogre. In the truly funniest scene of that movie, Booger stole Ogre's thunder, but of course, I had to focus on Donald Gibb here. I'll write about that other scene in a different thread.
Gonna miss him.
