Role of Cicil Nightshade or Horizon in the AP

Role of Cicil Nightschade and Horizon: Dear all, maybe someone can give me a short answer. Due to time constraint I want to remove all encounters which are not necessary for the story line. In Part 2 of We are No Heroes, Horizon and Cicil seem to be a mere Chance encounter with no real contribution to the story: does one of them, probably Cicil, reappear in later books of the AP?

No, they're just a one off, unless you specifically wanted to add a callback in book 5 (when the players are on the run and calling in favours and goodwill from old NPCs) -though I'll pick NPCs the players liked most for those scenes.

Book 2 has the majority of NPCs in that book re-occur at the end of that book, and where the other important recurring NPCs are introduced (the Wintermourn crew).

Plus Tarika, Eline (I made sure her agents in books 2 and 3 always have letters from her to keep her in the mind of the party) and Sinjin.

Though, TBH, Sinjin has so little impact I'm likely to make the showdown with Eline the end of the AP and do something else with book 6 (my group are much more interested in hunting down the Adamant Scale, or causing a revolution in the Veskarium, for example)
