Actor Robert Carradine died on February 23, 2026. He was 71.

I suppose he would be best known for Lizzie McGuire, which I've never seen. But I remember him for playing the leading role as Lewis Skolnick in the four Revenge of the Nerds movies.

I was considering typing up an iconic Revenge of the Nerds quote for this post to refresh people's memories, but... no, the most iconic part of those movies wasn't in words; it was Lewis' laugh.

My first time seeing him on screen was him as Slim Honeycutt in The Cowboys with John Wayne. Great movie.
