Hello community
I am exploring creating software for SF2e, and I want to ask/confirm if I am on the correct path regarding licensing.
These are the assumptions I made:
I understand that if I create software (e.g. a character generator) (closed source) I need to reference the game system (rules, skills, etc) into an SRD document.
I was thinking of a Github repo that exposes the the ORC licensed content (similar to what there is
github.com/Pf2ools/pf2ools-data
github.com/foundryvtt/pf2e
But I was thinking of making it also available (if possible) for others to use / refer to.
My questions are:
- Am I on the right path here? or am I missing something?
- Is there such an effort already in place?
