PDF Delivery Issue

We are aware of an issue that is effecting delivery of some PDF products. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will make sure everyone has their PDFs as soon as possible.

If you made a purchase and are missing your PDF, please contact Customer Service with your order number and the name of the missing PDFs.

This is NOT happening to every digital purchase. Given the holiday weekend, we don't anticipate being able to completely address the issue until early next week but we will make customers get their PDFs ASAP while we hunt down the root cause.

I see my digital products that I've just purchased listed at: "https://store.paizo.com/library/".

However, I see no way to download any of them.

When I click a box next to a title, nothing changes with the web page. I see nothing to click to actually download the title.

You can click on the title to open up the download window.
