I bought NPC Codex on Dec 1st, and tried to get the discount on my FGU account to use it in game.
It's always worked before, but I was unable to update with the purchase.
Checked the FGU forums, tried suggestion to deauthorize, then reauthorise.
Now states that the authorization token is invalid so I cannot sync them at all!
(I have logged in and out of FG, logged in and out of Paizo, deauthorized and reauthorised link with Smiteworks on the Paizo site)
I understand there may be issues, but it has been two weeks and I am still unable to use it :-(

I'm still having trouble with mine as well, was hoping to get the lost omens books and the new bestiaries on fantasy grounds but the sync has not been able to update for the books i've purchased/own. I have tried several times now to de-authorize/reauthorize on separate days with no luck as of yet!

Still no luck on being able to reauthorise my account, the authorization is still listed as invalid.
I know this isn't the top priority of the new website, but it would be hugely appreciated :-)
