Not received my PDFs?

Hello, I made my first purchase here a few days ago with Operation Orias and I've been regularly checking my library but there's nothing there, I've reached out to customer support a few times and had no response. Am I looking in the wrong place or is there an issue somewhere else since the site was updated?

The same is happening to me with the same book.
I just bought it today and it says it completed the sale, but the pdf isn't in my library.

Based on Paizo's customer support information I believe they don't work weekends so I didn't expect any updates but I just got an email with the code for the Warframe glyph though I still don't have my copy of the book

I can report I got mine now and as I thought it was just an issue with the new website update

Did you get a response from support that fixed the issue or was it just a matter of waiting?

I ordered the SF2 Core pdf about a week ago and that showed up immediately, but the Alien Core pdf in a separate order isn't there.
