Hello! I'm new to organized play and I've run into a conundrum. I registered with Starfinder society through Demiplane.com with the intention of creating a starfinder character for an organized play event at Gencon (which was this past weekend). I want to add this information to my Paizo.com account, but I don't seem to have a confirmation number. I have a player ID number, my gm wrote down my character number, but I don't see anything that says "confirmation number" specifically.
I'm hoping to figure this out so I don't lose my progress nor the boon I won from a charity raffle at the same event. Can anybody help?

So normally:
You can create an Organized Play # on your own at Paizo.com
Or an organizer can generate/download cards to give to new players.
The cards have an Organized Play # and a Confirmation # and you need both to link your Organized Play # with your Paizo account.
---
I'm not super familiar with Demiplane but I poked around it a bit, and don't see anything there that gives out or claims to give out Paizo Organized Play #s. (Could easily be there somewhere)
Where/how did you get your Paizo Organized Play ID?
(And if you click My Account: Organized Play in the top bar menu, I don't suppose that brings you to a screen that among other things says "Your Organized Play ID is")

Thanks for the replies guys! I appreciate the help. I signed up for an OPN and I have one, but I did it online and not at live event, so I didn't get a card. I have a picture of my OPN on my phone.
As far as my account goes, when I click on My Account > Organized play, I get a screen that tells me to enter my number and a confirmation code on the left, and to create a new number on the right.
Edit: I've also talked to some friends who have more experience with this, and they're saying I should contact support for help. I'll do that a little later today.
Edit 2: To Pirate Rob, I checked with a friend who talked me through the process , and he says we used the Paizo website and not demiplane like I thought. All the more reason to contact support.

Huh. If you signed up on this website, that number should already be linked to your account.
The system with the cards and the confirmation numbers exists so that new players who go to in-person events without signing up in advance can still get a player number and credit for their games.
So yes, if that's the case than you probably need to contact support, I'm afraid.
Unless your friend downloaded more cards on their account? In which case they made that more complicated than they needed to, but they should have the file with the confirmation numbers.
