Loved the 1e version of this AP -- really looking forward to getting it for 2e.
Glad to hear it! I've run the entire AP twice for PF1 and both groups had a blast. One campaign ran for 9-1/2 years (we only played monthly), the longest-duration campaign in real time I've ever run!

Are you guys thinking of including Pathbuilder support for the new equipment and class options and such?
As a matter of fact, I just talked with a guy at GenCon last week about ramping up Pathbuilder support for our projects, so hopefully we'll have some good news about that coming soon!
