Happy GenCon season everyone! We wanted to take this time to let those who may be attending GenCon know that Pazio is not offering pickup for subscription items. This means that your items will be expected to ship out to you prior to GenCon.
Additionally, the PDF for Starfinder Player Core will be available on July 31st. It will be automatically added to Starfinder Rulebook subscriber accounts at that time.

↬If you need to make changes to your subscription order after the auth/order creation date please email customer service at customer.service@paizo.com

how does the diamond direct debacle affect these? If at all.
Diamond is a middle man and dealing directly with Paizo cuts out the middle man. So it shouldn't affect anything relevant to this post since you're buying directly from Paizo.

Hi Paizo, there's a rumor going around that subscribers' Starfinder Core PDFs will be delayed until street date. Any comment on that?
I hope not! It didn't happen for First Edition. It allowed my GMing to have the save birthday as SF1e - my first session of Dead Suns was on 8/17/17, which wouldn't have been possible without a tiny head start to prepare!

It was delayed for the launch of PF2 and also last year for the release of the SF2 playtest. I won’t be surprised if they wait until the same day to let everyone have access to the PDF

I can confirm that it's delayed until 7/31. I just got my shipment notice and was excited to see Starfinder Player Core in my Digital Content list, but when I downloaded it, I got a placeholder image saying it would be available 7/31.

The download for Murder in Metal City seems to missing a key component. I have pdf's for GM Tracker, Item Cards, Maps, NPC Cards, Player Handouts, PreGens, Tokens, but no adventure! I'm so eager to get into some of this new Starfinder 2E goodness!

Did Paizo also delay those PDFs without first notifying the customers?
Intentional delays seems like something they'd want to make crystal clear ahead of time, especially when their order form/receipts state subscription products "will be in your digital downloads once shipped"...

Well, if it wasn't for me needing to correct my payment info, I could've gotten my sub order shipped today. But, alas, 'twas not meant to be. I corrected it, but no word for hours. I was probably sent to the end of the line now...

Is today the day?!!
Also relax on the PDF hold folks. God forbid you have to wait an extra week for something you get for free. They did the same thing for P2 when it came out and we all lived.
TBH, it just gives me time to read Battlecry before breaking into SF 2e Core.

Did this get fixed?

I received an e-mail from Paizo last night (Tuesday evening) saying the Adventure PDF was updated to include the missing adventure file. However, when I try to download today, it's still not there (although all the seven other accessory files are there).

The adventure file is there for me, have you tried clearing cache? (At least I think I read somewhere here that doing that can help with downloads).
