Spell Cache missing or incorrect spell

The 3rd level Spell Cache spell fro DPS++ says its electrotether, however, there is no electrotether spell. I assume they mean gravity tether from the general playtest handbook, which is what I am going to rule it as for now for my playtest game I'm running tomorrow.
