Not in Pathfinder. It is available in Starfinder 2e via the Augmentation Specialist feat which allows you to earn income performing elective surgeries. I think a number of Inner Sea religons provide non-magical healing free of charge, so that makes it difficult for adventurers to find short term work as doctors.
There is an ACP boon that allows you to spend your downtime volunteering with the Radiant Oath providing medical care, and the extra practice gives you a benefit during sessions.
If you're looking for lore skills that serve as alternatives, a number of the backgrounds that provide medicine as a trained skill alao provide lore skills that might work. The Barber background has Surgery Lore, and the Secular Medic background has Anatomy Lore.
