Can Runesmiths get Heavy Armor?

I'd like to say this to all the fun classes and yes I am looking at you Ranger and I think Inventor. Seriously if Barbarians, Solarians (Yes I know Starfinder 2E but still!), War Priest & Battle Harbinger can all get feats to get Heavy armor why can't the Runesmith?
