Looking for rules book PDF for Mummy's Mask!

I've been unable to find the Mummy's Mask rules in PDF form, which I'd like to help look up rules (here's where I might grumble irately about the lack of an index). However, I can't find one anywhere on Pazio's site, on Lone Shark's site, or in the files section of BGG. Can anyone point me to someplace I can download a PDF of the Mummy's Mask rulebook?
