Please let me know how you get on, I emailed them about it last week and haven’t heard back, getting a bit concerned cos I’m running this for my local lodge very soon

Just out of interest is anyone else missing their PFS module for end of Oct?I also don't have it in my downloads. It's not unreasonable that that might take a back seat to getting the remaster ready. Or maybe that adventures are done fully in the remaster format/ruleset and they want to wait til after the books are out to drop it? i dunno, just speculating.
You both should email customer service. I also didn't have it, and a couple others. They took care of it.

Finally got my PDFs today, hooray! My watch is ended.
Is anyone else's UPS-MI tracking not updating? I'd had such a run of good luck lately that I thought they'd fixed whatever issue they had :(
My UPS-MI is also not updating. I was charged and got my PDFs on Monday, and still no info in UPS-MI. I'm taking this as an opportunity to practice patience!
Hm. For some reason I thought tomorrow was the last day of shipping. Today is good though, as it gives tomorrow for Paizo to deal with my blistering "where's my stuff?!" email if I don't get a shipping message today. :-)
Paizo is likely closed tomorrow for Veteran's Day.

Ended up putting in a request to opt out of remaster. Not much point paying for a ton in shipping when in a couple days I could go local and have a chance at a special edish. Not to mention from what I've seen so far there was a lot more stuff I wish was touched up.

Same boat. Don't think I've ever had shipping take so long before. Feel bad for folks who don't have the PDF to tide them over but I've been there before myself. If it helps the wait, the changes seem extremely minimal.

Hello folks. Between an extended weekend due to Holiday and general overall ticket and order volume, we have been busier that anticipated. We apologize for being unable to post an update to that effect before today.
To that end, our Warehouse team is doing what they can to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you have a ticket in with us already regarding this matter, we are working through tickets as quickly as we are able but if your order has not shipped by November 15th for whatever reason, please update that current ticket or reach out to CS and let us know and we'll do what we can to help ensure you get those PDFs, that your order looks correct, or anything else we may need to do for your particular set of circumstances.
Again, our apologies we could not get an update out to you all before the weekend.

Is there any way you can talk to UPS Mail Innovations about actually scanning packages? Mine was "Shipped" on Nov 1, but UPS MI is still showing as not received, and I haven't seen the box yet. My local USPS won't move an inch until tracking shows something is going on, because they assume you still have it.
