Please be aware, UK customers may have an issue with their payment due to UK industry-wide introduction of Strong Customer Authentication
"What's changing?
The rules for when SCA is required means that UK banks now need to make more frequent checks when you use your card online.
All companies that accept online card payments will be making changes to allow these checks, though not all companies will make these updates at the same time. This means that, if your card payment is declined, the retailer may not have made all the necessary changes, and so you may need to check if they offer an alternative payment method."

My payment method has just fallen foul of this, and as it is industry-wide in the UK there is no alternative method of payment.

My watch has ended!
Well I got a notification from my card that my payment has gone through, now just waiting on a shipping email.
My f5 button will not be happy.
I've been waiting since monday when my card was charged. I do hope for today, but no worries if it takes longer

Does anyone know what happens when authorization expires? I got billed yesterday for a small sum and it left me confused. Does this mean I'll get the money back and get billed a second time?

Authorization will put a hold on our cards but not actually charge us. If this is on a checking account it will make the funds unavailable, but still in the account.
If an Auth expires it rolls off and the funds become available again.
The actual charge doesn't happen until the items are packed, scanned and have a shipping label put on it. That is when the actual charge hits and the funds are taken out. if there is an auth hold it disappears at that time too and all you see is the charge/pending charge.
Thanks, now back to f5ing every hour :D

My ysoki spies tell me everything on the April Release Schedule (below) has come in. PaizoCon won’t delay anything, but we don’t know about May products yet. Wait for official confirmation from Customer Service.
Fingers crossed for tonight. Looking forward to reading the finish of Strength of Thousand

Sub shipping has finished but to anyone who reported here that their orders had not yet shipped, I've gone in and given your orders a little nudge and I'm working with the warehouse team to get those orders out.

Out of curiosity, how quickly did your stuck orders ship after being "nudged"? Wrote CS and got a reply that it is ready to ship. Though, it hasn't shipped yet after a work day/me going to sleep. Getting a bit restless for SoT6 haha.
I don't think there is any regularity in this stuff. Customer Service is an amazing team and they are doing their best to do it as fast as possible, but sometimes doing stuff immediately is impossible :(
No, no, I get that, especially since it is two different departement. It's not like CS can run out and mail my package. I'm just antsy and curious.
CS are doing an amazing job, especially given the recent departures. I have utmost faith in them, waiting for my order to be shipped

For me, CS replied that they fixed my order yesterday. I got the notice that payment was processed at the same time. I got the shipping notice today.
