Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to determine when this package might arrive. It looks like the tracking isn't working, and it is now beyond the longest delivery estimate indicated on the order page. Though I expect some minor delays in shipping due to the holidays, is there a way to know whether it's just a delay or whether the shipment has been lost?

Hi,

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 12/10 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 3 to 10 business days would've been yesterday 12/27. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. Although, we have seen minor delays due to the holidays and global shipping issues. So, we are allowing some extra time for orders to be delivered but if it doesn’t show up by 1/7, please let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
