Monk Movement Speeds

Does a monk's increadible movement ability apply to all speeds, such as flight or burrow?

Note that many of a PC's secondary speeds are based on land speed, so in that instance the Monk's bonus would apply.
So if given a flight speed of 30', the Monk bonus adds nothing. But if given a flight speed = land speed then the bonus is reflected in having a greater land speed to translate into flight speed.
