The level of a cantrip is it's base level. A lot of them are level 1 as a base, but not all of them are.
The base level of a cantrip serves two purposes (perhaps there's more, but these are the only ones I could come up with):
1. It indicates the lowest level one has to be to cast the spell (for a 5th level spell you'd have to be at least level 9).
2. If the spell has a Heightened +X effect it becomes relevant to determine how much the spell has been heightened.
Ex. for #2 (This is a focus spell, but the concept is the same) The oracle spell Delay Affliction is a 3rd level focus spell that, among other things, restores 3d8 hit points to the target with a heighten affect that, among other things, increases the hit points restored by 1d8. If you cast it while level 11, it would be heightened to 6th level and would restore 3d8 + 3*1d8 = 6d8 hit points to the target.

2. If the spell has a Heightened +X effect it becomes relevant to determine how much the spell has been heightened.
Yup.
My favorite example of this is when comparing low level focus healing spells - Goodberry, Hymn of Healing, Lay on Hands, Life Boost, and Soothing Mist.
These spells are all fairly similar. In order of healing output: Goodberry does 1d6+6 per spell level, Hymn of Healing and Life Boost do 8 per spell level spread over 4 rounds, Lay on Hands does 6 per spell level, and Soothing Mist does 1d6 per spell level.
However, if read wrong, Soothing Mist looks a lot better than it actually is. If you don't notice that Soothing Mist starts at level 2, it appears as though it gets an extra 1d6 healing since the base rules text says it does 2d6 healing. If it instead was a 'cantrip 1' spell, it would. It would get 2d6 at 1st level and then an additional 1d6 for each level it is heightened. But since it starts at 2d6 at 2nd level, it only heightens once to get to level 3, heightens twice to get to level 4, and so on. So the 1d6 per spell level is the correct shorthand calculation.

Out of curiosity, you just post everything that pops into your head without doing any reading of your own first?
I'm pretty sure it is an English language translation problem. Waldham isn't native English speaking. And sometimes the translation apps don't handle well the subtleties of information-dense sentences like the TTRPG rules have.
Personally I don't mind helping out. Considering that I only speak one language, I never thought that I would get a volunteer job as a translator. But here we are.

With maestro muse and lingering composition, is it possible to extend the duration of House of Imaginary Walls ?
Requirements for Lingering Composition are 'your next action is to cast a cantrip composition with a duration of 1 round'. From what I am seeing, House of Imaginary Walls meets those requirements. It is a cantrip. It is a composition. And it has a listed duration of 1 round.
So, yes. It should work.

I don't really mind either, that was actually curiosity. It's just a number of his questions have been things that are in fact clearly (in English) laid out in the rules.
