Kingmaker *just* for Kingdom Building?

I am interested in playing the kingdom-building aspect of the Kingmaker PC game. I am *not* interested in slogging a character from first level upwards! Is there a "cheat" mode available, whereby I can build an epic-level character, so that I can just focus on that aspect of the game that appeals to me? If so, how do I do this, please?

There are plenty of super easy difficulty options as well as auto levelling characters. It prompts you when you start the game.

You can download mods for the game and install.

I did it long enough ago that I don't remember the process, I just know you can.

There are mods that allow you to do things like change your level and even completely rebuild your character.

You can flip it all to story mode so that the game itself is trivial, or just use cheat codes to add a pile of XP, but the kingdom building isn't really a fully featured game in its own right. It's more of a mini game running in parallel to the RPG.
