I'm really surprised that no one has asked this: on page 28, what on earth does this mean:
Bounce [one-action] Jellico makes a High Jump or Long Jump.
Um, yeah…so what? Can someone explain this one to me?

Those are actions you use with the Athletics skill; see page 242 of the Core Rulebook. Jellico can do these as one action, rather than as two actions. (He's not great at it, lacking the Athletics skill, but it still means he can bounce around a lot.)
