Deck of mani world - open license

Good morning, I bought the Deck of many world for starfinder.
I translated the cards and created with an excel file an automatic generator of planets for my sessions.
Now many users ask me if I can send the generator to them, but as this is the translation of the cards, I would like to understand if the Deck of many world is open license.
