I placed Order 30960707 and elected to have it side carted and sent with my subscriptions, i applied gift certificates to this order which were redeemed and used
However when the item was taken out of sidecart and added to my subscriptions Order 36263262 it was charged at the full price and the Gift Certificates were not applied please rectify this.
As a note why are all my subscriptions charged/posted individually but done in one order? This is highly inconvenient as i then incure multiple postage and international transaction fees off one order as well as having to go to the Post Office multiple times a week to collect the parcels, I ve gotten parcels containing multiple items before is it really that hard to put some maps and books in one box?
Right now ive lost $130 (inc the above) in Gift Certificates having had an order error out and redeem the gift certificate but not actual process through your system over 2 mths ago, which im still waiting for a response on.

I took a look at order #36263262 and it looks like the order has not been finalized and the payment method has not been charged. The store credit looks to still be available on your account. Would you like to proceed with the transaction using the store credit? When it comes to shipping, it depends on the size of the items shipping so it may vary depending on subscriptions.
