I received an email this evening stating that the order needs a valid payment method. Please use the payment method on file which has been used for the last few months.

Can you please clarify why the default/only payment method is not being used?

Hi Bishop McQ,

It looks like your default payment was unset on September 3. It looks like the card may have expired. If you have another or updated payment method you'd like to use, you can do so under your account settings. Once you have your updated payment on there, you can reply to this thread and I can make sure it gets added to your pending order. Thanks for your patience!
