"Official" conclusions to AP's

IS there anywhere that gives the "official" conclusion of each AP. I know who the eventual ruler of Korvosa is supposed to be and the outcome of the Irongfang Invasion.

I'm purposely not posting spoilers here, but I was wondering if there was somewhere where this information was centrally located instead of having to puzzle it out.

Yes, you can find a lot of this information in the second edition sourcebook Lost Omens – World Guide, which updates the world to ten years after the Inner Sea World Guide and assumes that all first edition adventure paths have run their course.

As Zaister notes, the Lost Omens World Guide and other PF2 products basically cover most of this. For the most part those results are as follows:

-The PCs won. They achieved their end goals and defeated their enemies.

-Any regions where the PCs were directly involved in a regime change, the new ruler is the most appropriate NPC involved (for example, Cressida Kroft is currently running Korvosa). They obviously can't account for PCs in these positions in official products. This is also true of other major roles, like divine Heralds or the like.

-The PCs did not go on to personally make major world changes aside from those covered by the AP. Again, this is because they can't account for different PC groups. This includes the 'Continuing The AP' stuff, which has not canonically happened.

-If there are multiple possible ends where the PCs win, they picked the most interesting one.
