Sign-in Sheet Enhancement requests

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post such things, but since both PFS2 and Starfinder have very similar sign-in sheets, and most of my requests apply to both....this forum seemed fitting.

In order of importance (to me):

1) Make the player info fields taller. Roughly somewhere between 1/2-1/3 of the page is white space, and my players don't have the best handwriting on their good days. Any sort of extra room for them to scribble in what vaguely resembles writing might make things a little easier for me to read.

2) Add a Player Name field. It's hard enough for me to remember everyone's character's names, and near impossible when I'm reporting for a table I wasn't at. If there's a problem with the filled in info, it'd be a lot easier to track down the person if they had to put their name along with their character name. (Even if this is on the same line has the character name.)

3) Get rid of the -X way to the right of the Org Play number. Most of the time, when people are filling out the sheet, they don't notice that section anyway, since it's so far from where they put their Paizo number.

4) If #2 and #3 are implemented, change the order of the fields. Have Character Name and Level on the top row with Org Play# and Player Name on the bottom row. When reporting, it'll be easy to see the info we need to input (Org Play#) and verify (character name) on the left.

Even when doing online play, I still fill out a physical sign-in sheet for each scenario just so that I have a physical copy in case questions/problems arise after reporting. Having a player name on there saves me the trouble of adding the field myself (which I usually use as a contact field if it's online play).

The trend recently has been to not include player name since some consider that private/personal information

An alias, like their Warhorn or Discord name, would be perfectly sufficient, if they wish to keep their real name private.

A contact email would alse be nice (though this doesn't make reading some people's writing any more fun). As with the name above, it doesn't have to be your firstname.lastname@google-address, but most people, especially those with privacy concerns about online activities, have set up an email used just for these activities. And a way to easily contact people would really be helpful.

Check out the sign in sheets on PFSprep, such as these

There are similar ones for SFS and PFS1

I think they might suit you better based on your ask.

As one of the advocates for that change, I want to point out that my objections are very narrowly limited to a legal name. I don't advocate removing the field, and am neutral to slightly positive about keeping a field to allow some way of contacting the player.

The easiest way to quell the privacy concerns is through procedural changes, not structural changes.

For example: rename the field to "Player Contact (optional)" and instruct GMs/VOs to accept just about anything in that field as long as it ties a player to a way to contact them. If someone wants to put down "Mitt R." or "M. Romney" or "M-dawg" or "Pierre Delecto", those are all fine as far as I'm concerned. "Paizo PM AkbarTheDeathbringer" or "Discord jenny#8675309" are totally fine and should be freely offered as alternatives. All GMs/VOs need is to relay a warning that if they don't leave a way to contact them, the onus will be on them to make sure the game is accurately reported (which is already the case, given the reporting problems some regions have).

What I object to most is pushback if someone wants to sign it any of the perfectly valid ways above, and the GMs/VOs insist he puts down Willard. (Depending on convention policies, the legal name attached to someone's credit card may appear on their name tags, so the name they put down on the sheet may not match what is on their name tag or what people have been calling them at the table.)
