It is a recurring theme with some of my characters to seek and/or attain demigod status and the idea of them needing help to build their divine realms seems off to me.
We don't have demigod rules in PF2 yet, and there's no mythic planned. My recommendation would be that whatever houserules you include to support it have a something to cover this. The ritual rules are for regular characters, not demigods.

What can I say. My mind bounces between the editions in my mental wanderings.
There's also the idea of "This is my demiplane and I want complete ownership of it."

A reasonable house rule would be either:
You get a cumulative -2 on each check you perform per secondary spot you cover for. (Obviously the ritual feat would not count toward this.)
Or
You get a cumulative -4 on each successive secondary spot you cover for.(Obviously the ritual feat would not count toward this.)

I don't mean to say you shouldn't be playing demigods; I'm just saying that since it's houserules anyway, you might want to include a minor divine realm option in there.
