Bolera, Ollo, and Batiste (spoilers I guess?)

Do any of these fellow officer NPCs have larger, scripted roles in any of the future volumes? Or are GMs more-or-less free to drive them like stolen cars?

I don't know but if I had to guess I'd imagine their listed levels of 6-8 might be a giveaway for late book 2.

I dunno, the book says "...which you can include in your game at your discretion" above their little blurbs, so I was guessing they're optional additions to use to make your barracks seem less empty.

I like the description for Bolera, definitely at least using that one.

I can report from at least the second module, Sergeant Ollo seems to act as mission control for a party that doesn't want to deal with their actual boss. I would try to keep him as a pillar of support but otherwise i dont really see mention of the other members of edgewatch

Vigilant Seal

Batiste is mentioned in Book 3 as a corrupt member of Edgewatch. There seems to be no plot-centric role for her (as-written), so feel free to do what you want.

Book 3 involves a casino heist, and as part of preparations the PCs can attempt to gain contacts/allies for the job. The book mentions that Batiste cannot be persuaded to be an ally except via bribery, after which she will function as a contact/ally.

As written, she's simply corrupt, but not in league with the BBEGs.

I, however, plan to tie her in a bit more with the BBEG--my players are dying to know what happened to Graveraker (I had Batiste be the officer who shoos them away from the crime scene), so making her the BBEG's person-on-the-inside seems natural.

Is there any art of the other officers? Ollo seems to have art secretly tucked into Chapter 3 of Book 1, so curious if the other officers have art I can use or if I should dig for my own.

Thanks for sleuthing out these things for the rest of us.

If I had to take a wild guess, the character for the Edgewatch Detective would be a good reference portrait for Bolera since one of the feats for it is Bolera's Interrogation.

I thought that too, but Skinny Bolera is a half-elf, and that person is not. (Also, she’s got a "trademark hat")

I ended up using that art for Kerr Batiste.
