In order to get more variation to Mechs and customization options, instead of having a fixed 3 SP+ 2*Tier, a generator could add this variation. Also out of combat generators should regen at a rate of 10min (1 hour is a long time for multiple Mech battles)

Pulse is Balanced, Magi has lower pool but recovers faster and Lasting haver a bigger pool but slower regen.
