Out of curiosity, does anybody happen to know if there is any significance to all of the text in an online campaign / pbp being red versus normal? To try and verify that it was the site and not my computer/firefox, I made sure to check the game with multiple browsers/devices, and they all appear the same.

Yes, it is a CSS class injection you can do modifying the main title.
You can basically use in the campaign title the id of any CSS class in their website style sheet and it will be applied to your entire campaign.
I made this example with 'red' and 'form-prompt' a while back.
I reported it 2 years ago but it has never been fixed.
Opened a specific CSS injection thread, let's see if it gets more attention this time and we can go back to place Red on our campaign titles :)
In the meantime, changing the campaign title to "R3d" seems to have returned things to normal. Thanks to both of you for the insight!
