No. Only creatures with racial hitdice have such racial abilities.

also check out the native subtype. They are mostly humanoid really. The only advantage that they have, they cannot be affected by spells like Charm Person and Dominate Person.

Also, it specifically says that Native Outsiders require eating and sleeping.

"Outsiders breathe, but do not need to eat or sleep (although they can do so if they wish). Native outsiders breathe, eat, and sleep."

Heck, it is not only the native subtype entry. Even the entry for the base outsider type calls out native outsiders as needing to eat, sleep, AND breathe.

Anyway, yeah, the main advantages from being a native outsider is the more difficult to mind-control type and access to darkvision.

But is it really suprising? Did any of the other playable types and subtypes have anything more particularly useful beyond that? All the juicy stuff comes from the individual race.

Yes, BUT ...

... martial weapon proficiency, specifically, has been clarified as intending to work for outsiders with no racial HD like the entry for humanoids. No formal errata has been issued but the relevant entries in the Advanced Race Guide have been stated as being definitive.

Apart from immunity to charm person and similar things, practically speaking you could read outsider (native) as though it were humanoid (native outsider).
