Pixar's Onward

So this movie only recently came out in theaters, but due to....reasons....they've already dropped in on Disney+.

The kids watched it yesterday, and all of us watched it again today. It's a cool little movie, with lots of D&D references. For those who love the game, I highly recommend the movie. Chris Pratt and Tom Holland voiced the two main characters.

I can see a lot of potential in some sequels, and maybe even some animation shorts like they've done with Toy Story. They could continue with the same characters, go with some new ones, or both.

As a brief follow-up...

When the kids were watching this movie for like the fifth or sixth day in a row, I waited for the scene with the gelatinous cube, and pulled out my mini of that monster. Both children were able to fake being suitably impressed.
