Price of Immortality in Second Edition?

Paizo Products

Hello everyone.

I was wondering, will we ever see a module series such as the "Price of Immortality" one for the second edition? Or maybe a conversion of those modules for the new rules?

I've always thought those adventures were a great way to introduce people to the game, and I would love one day to be able to run them for this new edition.

Apparently that is supposed to be Plaguestone?

I haven't read the adventure (mainly because I want to play it), but does it have sequels? Or is it a one shot?

One shot that goes up to level 4

That's unfortunate, I really hoped to see a new "mini" AP for the second edition.

I believe a mini AP was announced, but it isn't until February or March 2020 (might be wrong on the date), you would have to go read the transcript of GenCon 2020.

That's a great news! Where could I find the transcript?

I believe Eltacolibre is referring to The Dead God's Hand, coming out in February 2020. It's a hardback, 128-page adventure which will take PCs from 1st to 6th or 7th level.

Mhm, understood. Not what I was looking for, but still a nice adventure to play, it seems.

What is it you are looking for? A three parter in three different locations ? Those are really rare in pathfinder with Price being the only one I think

I'm looking exactly for an adventure arc like Price of Immortality. I hope we will see something like that in the near future.

All three of the Price of Immortality modules were written with only the CRB and the first bestiary to draw from. In theory, you should be able to convert all three to the new system relatively easily.

I could have sworn they said at one point that they might do sequels to Fall of Plaguestone, and create a new mini campaign, but now I can’t find a source.

Umm, paizo has for long time been using adventure format where each module IS mini adventure arc covering multiple levels. So like Fall of Plaguestone is already 3 level arc in 3 parts.

Dead God's Hand is pretty massive to be 1-6 level adventure, so like...

What I'm trying to say is that if Price of Immortality was released nowadays, it would have been those three adventures in single book

Wasn't the first part of Price of Immortality the very first Glasscannon Podcast to showcase how easy it is to adapt 1e stuff on the fly?

Didn't they play Silent Tide instead?
