"Scenario Mission Not Accomplished"

Hey everyone,

I'm looking through my recorded events and sessions, and for every single one, my GM table credits show as "Scenario Mission Not Accomplished" and fail to add Prestige or Reputation, regardless of whether it's SFS or PFS.

What gives?

I've flagged this thread so that Customer Service will see it. Hopefully, they can figure out what is happening with your account.

You can also write to them directly at [e-mail].

My first question is... Are all of these under the same GM? If they are not entering prestige into the system, it might give that error message.

Yep, they're all for my own GM credits.

Another GM I know is having the same issue.

The Scenario reports somewhat okay for her when I GM (extra Starfinder faction Reputation seems not to work quite right), and for me when she GMs, but for each of us, our own GM credits show as Not Accomplished when we apply them to a character.

Okay, you have me going through my own GM credits. Can you edit your GM events? (IE, are they yours rather than ones entered by a store VA?) If so, did you write '2' in the GM fame box?

EDIT: When you look at the 'summary' section rather than at the sessions -- do your characters show the correct fame and prestige?

EDIT 2: Oh never mind. I'm seeing this issue too on my recent credits. This is so weird, because it's only on some of them.

EDIT 3: I am wondering if it's only affecting the scenarios with no A B C D mission completed boxes checked? If so, this is broken, because not all scenarios have condition reporting.

There's how this rabbit hole started. I reported the sessions, recorded GM Fame/Prestige, but the site is not calculating those into the character correctly either.

So I went and triple checked everything, and then saw that "Scenario Mission Not Accomplished" in the Sessions tab, checked it, and it was just the sessions I GMed

Are they ones with A B C D boxes checked?

(Note, I am not asking you to check boxes that should not be checked... Just wondering if this makes any difference.)

Nope. Just tried checking a box. It made no difference. Oh well, it was a nifty theory.

I think at this point we notify folks in Customer Service or on the Website Feedback team. Something's broken.

If it makes you feel better, I'm having the same problem. 90 sessions reported with me as GM just in PF and it says I have 1 star.

So here's a little bump about the issue impacting others. I haven't found any sort of commonality in what's causing mine, either.
