My CotCT group is going on hiatus while 2 of the players go to Korea for 4 months, and I'm looking for an adventure or two to run in the interim. Probably for 3 or 4 players, and it can be either Pathfinder or 3pp. They like a good mix of RP, combat, and puzzles (e.g., I worked the Ancients' Anguish scenario, which they really enjoyed, into CotCT). I know there's been some older threads on best modules, but they seem to focus exclusively on Pathfinder and haven't been updated in a while.
So, with that in mind, what are your all-time favorite adventures and recommendations?

Because they've played through CotCT I'd suggest that you take a look at The House on Hook Street. I haven't played through it but I read it a while back and it looked really good.
And takes place in Korvosa so you can likely add some throwbacks to CotCT.

Older (not in any order but my all-time three favorites)...
Carrion Hill (Richard Pett) - This is easily inserted into any city or town, and it's written by one of the greatest. I'm not sure if he's ever written anything that wasn't fantastic. The Lovecraft vibe is great.
Tomb of the Iron Medusa (Mike Shel) - Great high-level tomb delving written by a Mud Sorcerer of the past. I was so happy when Paizo found him. It scratches the grognard "Tomb of Horrors" itch while still having a great story. I fit this into Carrion Crown and Kingmaker so far with very slight story changes (the main thing was changing the family from being Taldan).
Realm of the Fellnight Queen (Neil Spicer) - The epitome of a small town leading to a wilderness romp. I love Neil's work, and this is another example of how to do self contained stories that can be expanded upon rather easily and/or fit seamlessly into any other campaign.
Newer (again not in order)...
The Dragon's Demand (Mike Shel) - A mini-campaign of levels 1-8, probably perfect for your needs. A classic feel with humanoids, wizards, and of course a Dragon, but it also has a slight touch of the Dark Tapestry as well. Easy to expand on too. I have Ideas of mixing this with Realm of the Fellnight Queen as a shorter campaign (non-AP that is).
The House on Hook Street (Brandon Hodge) - Brandon's work is awesome. Both he and Richard Pett have done the best AP endings to date, IMHO (Carrion Crown and Kingmaker respectively). This is a fantastic urban adventure on it's own with a multi-layered story.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm drawn to both Carrion Hill and the House on Hook Street, as something a little weird and dark would be a nice change of pace.
Any idea how long they take to complete? We typically play about 8 to 9 hour sessions, and our pace of play is a little on the slow side (about 24-30 hours of play to get through a CotCT chapter). I'm guessing maybe 2 sessions for Carrion Hill and 3 or 4 sessions for the House on Hook Street?

Modules seem to take oddly longer than you would expect. My group, which plays weekly for 6 hours or so a session, seems to take about 3 or 4 weeks (18-24 hours) to get through a 32 page module. (One was a pretty straight forward "get to the dungeon and crawl through it" module and it took 4 weeks to complete)
By comparison, they go through a book of an AP in 5-7 sessions 30-42 hours).
The House on Hook Street is 64 pages, Carrion Hill is 32. I haven't read Carrion Hill so I can't give an opinion on that one. But with the amount of investigating and rope-playing written in to Hook Street I'm guessing it would take about as long as a single book from an AP. The adventure in Hook Street is abut 50 pages long (gazetteer and city information after the adventure) and they players play through levels 6, 7, & 8 so it's quite similar to a single book of an AP.
