After playing 4 of the adventures (we skipped the lvl 9 adventure) we are bowing out of the playtest as we are just not having fun for the following reasons:

1) The system is just not fun to play

2) Characters don't have interesting choices when lvling.

3) If you want to do dmg in combat pick up a weapon and swing even if you are a full wizard.

4) +10/-10 is a horrible mechanic.

5) System is too finely tuned making all character feel the same

6) Proficiency system could be removed from the game with out changing it really at all.

7) Every character felt the same to play at lvl 1 as it did at lvl 12

8) The rules are complex for no reason

Yet another "group is out" lamentation thread. You are entitled to critisism, please share your experiences with us here in these forums. But must it always be so overly dramatic? This is truly getting boring.
Hopefully you mentioned your points of critics in the surveys as well.

There's nothing "overly dramatic" in the OP. Stop haranguing people who want to express why they are stopping with the playtest / won't change to PF2E.

For example, I think the overly strong monsters is a valid complaint. Speaking as a someone with a degree in statistics, I wonder how much of the survey data is caused by the monsters being too strong. Like would clerics have used healing abilities less frequently had monster math been fixed?

Folks,

Once again, there is no need to debate someone on their reasons for dropping out. They are what they are.

To the OP, we will take this feedback under advisement. Sorry you did not have fun in the playtest. Hopefully there will be more to your liking in the final version of the game.
