Judge Dredd Co-Creator Carlos Ezquerra Dies at 70

R.I.P. to another comic book legend.

Indeed... Very sad at his passing. As you say chief - true legend, unique style and another of the architects of my childhood.

Oh, Man!! I loved his artwork.
It was his artwork in the "Stainless Steel Rat" comic adaption that made me want to read the books. (I had heard of the books but never bothered to read them until then.)
I really liked his rendering of Angelina.

Now I want to re-read the comics and books.

Its bizarre you say that Charles - pretty much did the same... have ended up treating myself to a bunch of collected Dredd and Strontium Dog stories with Carlos' art. Very much took me back to my childhood - so much so I backed the recent Judge Dredd and Worlds of 2000AD RPG kickstarter :)
