Flaming Sphere damage procs

Two questions:
Would flaming sphere damage all creatures it rolled through during concentration?
If three enemies move through a stationary flaming sphere do they each take damage?

Since the spell doesn't say it hits anyone on the way or that they have to make a save, I would say it no longer hits people as it moves.
