Will the playtest scenarios be replayable?

I guess this kind of depends on if there's any tangible reward for playing the playtest scenarios.

I'd imagine that if we're not getting chronicle sheets or anything that can be assigned to a PFS 1.0 (or future 2.0) character, that they would be. However, if there is some tangible benefit, I'd say not to expect them to be replayable.

As far as i understand there will be at least some reward in PF2 for participating in the playtest, although form and volume of that reward are not defined yet.

I can understand there being no replay because we don't want people to farm content for rewards, but on the other hand replay produces more data which is the reason for the whole playtest.

It seems like replay would actually be very useful in the playtest. It would let people view mechanics in the hands of different people. And if a particular run of the scenario makes you scratch your ears, and then you look closely at the new rules and see you got them wrong, you can run it again and see if it makes a difference.

The current plan for playtest rewards is conducive to replay. Each week we nail down a few more particulars, and we have a few blogs planned between PaizoCon and Gen Con that should go into more detail.
