I'm having real difficulty finding these anywhere in the UK that has them in stock for a reasonable price, does anyone know when a re-stock is expected?

Hey Dan, there aren't many hobby games distributors in the UK and Esdevium (aka Asmodee UK) is our main supplier for your region. They have access to our entire catalog of products and they order from us monthly so you shouldn't have any issues getting the product. Have your FLGS special order it for you through them and you should have the pawns within 4-6 weeks depending. If you are still having trouble or your FLGS can't help you, try Traveling Man. They are our sales partner for UK Games Expo and stock a wide variety of our products so they should be able to help.
As for the pricing, all I can say is that we set the US price on all of our products (the pawns being $44.99) but leave the foreign pricing up to the individual retailer. My experience is they tend to sell the product for the same in Euros or Pounds (so 44.99 E or 44.99 Pounds).

Having tried several hobby shops, I was told probably waiting for a reprint? The product is not able to be ordered from the wholesalers at the moment. Short of doubling the price (cos shipping is about the same as the RPP) from Paizo, it seems the UK is short of this product.
Looks like I'll not be using miniatures or delay starting Starfinder Society games at our games club.
I am unable to go to Games Expo.... It's all a bit frustrating...
I've definitely seen a few copies on sale around. Dice Saloon in Brighton definitely has a copy (and is available on their website for mail order but I don't know how much they charge for P&P or how quick they are!). I'm sure I saw a copy in Orc's Nest in London; they definitely had a copy of Core Rulebook pawns.
I've tried most places and are showing out of stock, its quite frustrating as getting good miniatures isn't as easy as a fantasy game, so the pawns are a god send.
