I somehow put a shipping address that's outdated. I see the order is pending. Could I change the address for anything that hasn't shipped or has been returned? Thanks for any help that you guys can do.

Hi Patrick,

To change the address on a pending order:
Go to your My Account page
Click on the My Addresses link
Once that page opens, it should show any pending orders
Click on the button next to the pending order that says "Change Address"

If that's giving you any trouble, please email us with your order number and your new shipping address.
