I put in a website feedback post, but curious if anyone else is having trouble creating campaigns right now? Every time I click on the link to create one, it just goes to a blank paizo page.
I just tried creating one via my recruitment page. When I did it in Google Chrome, it goes to a blank page. But when I did it in internet explorer, it worked. May be an issue with specific browsers.
That might explain it, I'm in google chrome, it appears either something in Chrome broke it, or something in the website no longer works on chrome.

Yep, switching to FireFox resolved it. I put up a post in website feedback letting them know chrome is not working.
