Endless Space (2) Races (and more)

Homebrew

Salvete! I started playing Endless Space 2 recently and I was struck by inspiration. I had always wanted to play and Endless Legend on tabletop but could never quite get it right, but with Endless Space and Starfinder I think that this could work. I've made some of the Endless Space 2 races. I left out those that I felt either weren't important enough to make in my first draft (i.e. most Minor Factions) or weren't suited to being PCs (i.e. the Riftborn or Unfallen). For those who are curious about the Endless games, here are some links

Horatios 4 HP
Horatios are Medium-sized humanoids with the Human and Horatio Subtypes
+2 Con, +2 Cha, -2 Int Horatios are are physically and aesthetically superior so as to reflect the Horatio Prime's perfection but are mentally stunted so as not to lessen the greatness of Horatio Prime
Perfect Display A Horatio must always be ready to share his glorious perfection to those eager to bask in it. Once per day, so long as there is an ally within 10 ft, a Horatio may roll a single attack roll or Skill check twice and take the higher result.
Perfect Education All Horatios are given intense training from a young age to ensure that their perfection is not squandered. Horatios receive Skill Focus as a Bonus Feat at 1st level.
Perfect Eyes Each Horatio sees more than any other, just like their glorious creator. Horatios have Low Light Vision.
Perfect Obedience Horatios were made to serve and are thus loyal yet docile. Any order to attack the person they recognize as their supreme leader (typically Horatio Prime) is treated as an obviously self-destructive order allowing them to refuse even when under the effect Dominate Person or similar abilities. However Horatios suffer a -2 penalty to all saves against all Charm, Compulsion, or Mind-Affecting effects.

As a final note, I would like to say that I currently do not plan to make the Riftborn (they're too Vorlon-ish) or the Unfallen (they're too big and unmoving) from 2 nor do I plan on making any of the races unique to 1 (the lore is just too threadbare) but that if anyone has a good arguement for why I should I'll at least hear them out. Remember, if you have questions, suggestions, or requests just say so.

I know you posted this years ago. Sorry for resurrecting a necro thread. I've been writing up a Starfinder campaign for my tabletop group, and I was wondering if you'd done a writeup for the Hissho, who were added as a major faction by the Supremacy DLC, and maybe the Nakalim, who were added by the Awakening DLC. (I'm not holding out much hope for the Nakalim, since I'm not sure there's enough lore to do a good writeup. However, the Hissho are no longer unique to ES1, so maybe there's enough lore now.)

If not, c'est la vie. I can do it myself, I was just hoping you'd already done it so I could save some time. ;^)
