Starfinder rule book and customer device issue

Hello I sent an email for support about my copy of starfinder core rule book 2 weeks ago and had no response from anyone about help. The fabric backing that is supposed to be glued to the pages is now completely come off! I'm very frustrated with this as I stated in the email sent about issues returning the product. If I buy a new book, and able to find anyone with it in stock, will the issue continue with the new book. Please help.
