My wife made her first Pathfinder Society character recently, and she's playing an archer (her favorite type of character in fantasy RPGs). I know she likes magic arrows, and so I'd like to GM some modules that give access to various magic arrows (+1 shock, etc) in small quantities, and/or to wands of flame arrow or keen edge with 25 charges or fewer.
Of the mods I've played so far, I know that Twisted Circle gives access to three seeking arrows and one cold iron fey bane arrow, and that Citadel of Flame gives access to four holy arrows, but that's it.
If you know of any others, please let me know :)

Well...
it's not a scenario, but the Boon/CR for the Pathfinder Tales novel "Queen of Thorns" offers access to (among other things)
+1 evil outsider bane arrow (167gp: limit 2)
&
Tangle arrow (226 gp. limit 2; arrow that functions as a tangle bolt [Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player's Guide 291]).
you (or she) would just need to own the novel and show it to a judge to get the CR signed, then you can add it (or copies of it) to all your PCs.
It has a couple other boons to get also...
edit:
Here is a link here's a link to the Additional Resources page - it's a free download on the right hand side of the page, the Queen of Thorns novel.

Huh, I did not know that was a thing they did. Are there many novels that have attached boons for PFS?

Check out the link... there's a dozen of the individual ones (older format) before they switched the way they work and went to 4 novels on each boon (there's 4 of that type).
each of them offer different boons, and normally any item access is ... way out of reach. (Laughing Eric's Sword on the "Winter Witch" boon for example costs 18,315 gp)... but they are nice for putting a little "flavor" on some of your PCs.

Hmmm, that's cool, I'll look them over.
Back to the original question though, anyone know of modules with archer rewards?

"Chronicle Fishing" is something that is considered detrimental to Organized Play.
As has been stated upthread, the Pathfinder Society Organized Play campaign is one in which we hope that players are not reading ahead (either adventures or Chronicle sheets) in order to cherry-pick adventures based on a checklist of monsters they'd like to encounter or equipment they'd like to receive. As such, we consider discussion of such spoilers to be against the spirit of the game.

Does that apply when looking for adventures you want to GM, though?

The Alchemist Manual would give you access to Kyonin Alchemical Archery (Pages 20-21) which includes 10 Alchemical Arrow types. (Bleeding, Durable, Dye, Lodestone, Pheromone, Raining. Slow Burn, Splintercloud, Tangleshot, and Trip arrows). By far my favorite are the Raining arrows.
but then, as an Alchemist, I can craft them for a lot cheaper
