Dark Archive Vendor - Fantasiapelit Tampere

Yes. And it is going to be directed by a Finnish director Dome Karukoski, director of drama The Home of Dark Butterflies and Tom of Finland-biopic.

I honestly have no idea what to think about this. I am, at the moment, speechless.

Could be good, could be bad. I'd guess that the amount of good it is will be directly proportional to the number of poems included.

My confusion about project rises mostly out of the director. He is in Finland what could be called "a blockbuster director". His movies almost always beat whatever else is playing. And his films are...okay. Sentimental and dramatic crowd-pleasers about struggling people, be it boys in orphanage or racists learning not to be racists. He is popular and has gotten many rewards, but as a director I personally think he is pretty stale and boring. Not bad, but not really that good either.

I'm glad that the movie is being made, I like biopics about interesting people, especially if they are geek-related. And I'm of course glad that Finnish director gets to make such a big movie.

But then there's the stuff I mentioned earlier...
