I have a 14th level cleric, Wisdom maxed out to 20, and I'm considering Magic Initiate (druid) as my 16th level feat.
What are the best druid spells and cantrips?
Also, what are the best bard, cleric, sorcerer, warlock, and wizard spells for Magic Initiate? I imagine there can be a lot of synergy between Bard, Paladin, Sorcerer, and Walock mixes and matches.

A lot of the synergy among the cha classes is based on either Agonizing Blast in a two-level witch dip (because cantrips scale with level — sorlock is a classic combo), or have a couple of levels of paladin and use the slots from a full caster to smite.
My fave is start as two levels of any paladin and then go valor bard. It's both very strong (valor bard gives you extra attack) and very flavorful. For a leadery, heroic charismatic type.

Goodberry is one I hear a lot
I think goodberry is a great spell for low level characters (it lets you split up 10 hit points of healing among multiple characters), but at 16th level, it's barely a Band-Aid. And I'm playing a Life cleric, so I have healing aplenty! :-D
I'm considering faerie fire because it's a great combat buff, but I also use my Concentration on bless more often than not. Getting both off at once would be wonderful, but no one else in my party can cast them (divination wizard blaster, arcane trickster switch-hitter, hunter ranger archer, berserker barbarian, eldritch knight two-weapon fighter).
I'm also looking for a 1st level druid spell that doesn't get boosts for using higher level slots, because I would only be able to cast it as a 1st level spell.
