my villainous boss character has questions for DSP

Advice and Rules Questions

General question: Can a non-spell melee touch attack be delivered through a natural attack. Emphasis on non-spell.

Specifics: I am building a Atstreidi black templar. Could he choose to deliver his Drain Essence ability through his natural slam attack?

Side question: Can veils with melee touch attacks have their effects be delivered through natural attacks?

Sources:
Astreidi is from Bloodforge: Infusions (the specific race is unimportant for above's questions though; any race with a natural attack can fill the spot)
Black Templar is a prestige class from Akashic Mysteries.

I just realized that this question is largely unrelated to DSP or even 3PP...

I don't have the reference for what you are specifically asking, but:

I believe that the answer is yes, just like you could deliver an inflict light wounds with a natural or unarmed attack. However, it stops being a touch attack and becomes an attack that must bypass armor normally. Yes, I know you're talking non-spell but, in general, this should follow along the same line. The only benefit to this is that you would add damage to the effect rather than just having the effect (unless your natural attack did something else too, like poison.)

However, since I am not familiar with the specific race or ability, it might be written in such a way that it has unique qualifiers. For instance, if it specified the 'palm' of your hand.. then punching, biting, or kicking probably wouldn't work. A slap to the face might count.

I don't understand what 'veils with melee touch attacks...' means, so I can't answer the side question.
